Our food-grade paper boxes are manufactured from premium food-safe cardboard with a PE film lining on the interior surface. The lining provides a moisture-resistant, grease-proof barrier that keeps food fresh and prevents leakage. The boxes are shipped flat to save storage space and shipping costs — simply fold along the pre-scored creases to assemble in seconds.

Question 1: Is this carton safe to hold hot food?⌄

A: Yes. The polyethylene (PE) film lining is heat resistant and is suitable for hot food at temperatures up to about 80 ° C. If the food temperature exceeds this range, it is recommended to replace it with a double-walled or insulated carton to prevent the carton from becoming soft. Microwave-heatable polyethylene liners are also available for short-term reheat scenarios.

Question 2: Does the PE lining meet food contact safety standards? Does it contain harmful chemicals?⌄

A: Yes. The PE film we use is food grade polyethylene, which is certified as non-toxic and meets national food safety standards. It does not contain bisphenol A, phthalates and other harmful additives. It can be directly contacted with various foods such as meat, oily foods, tableware with soup, etc., and is safe to use.

Question 3: Can I customize the size and design of the packaging box?⌄

A: Of course. We provide a full range of customization services that allow you to customize the size, shape, printing color and packaging box style. The minimum order quantity for customized size is 5000 pieces. If you need to print your logo for custom printing, the minimum order quantity is 10000 pieces. Sample orders are available for existing stock size.
