Director Li Packaging Factory: We are serious about packaging

About Our Factory — Li Factory Packaging | Henan, China

About Our Factory

Real Factory · Henan, China · Packaging Materials

Founder: Mr. Li | All Inquiries Welcome

When customers first reach out, the first thing they ask is: "Are you a factory or a middleman?"

My answer is always straightforward — we are a factory, located in Henan province. The founder's surname is Li, and clients in our industry call me "Director Li."

What We Can Do

Let me be clear from the start — we are a comprehensive packaging materials factory, not a small workshop handling only one product category.

Our Main Product Lines

📦 Custom Gift Boxes, Cardboard Boxes & Corrugated Cartons

These are our core business. From ordinary brown shipping cartons to full-color printed packaging boxes — as long as you have the requirement, we can basically handle it. Our existing corrugation line, flexo press, and offset printing system cover most custom carton needs.

🏭 Industrial Packaging Materials

Heavy-duty equipment packaging, export-grade moisture-proof packaging, and circular/reusable packaging solutions — we've been doing this for many years. Several long-term clients in mechanical equipment export have been working with us from sample to mass production.

🛍 Paper Bags

Shopping paper bags, industrial paper bags, and kraft paper bags. Industrial bags are our long-established category — mainly serving cement, fertilizer, and pet food sectors. For shopping paper bags, our printing craftsmanship has earned consistent positive feedback from clients.

In short — if it's related to packaging materials, just talk to us.

How We Negotiate Pricing

Some people feel it's rude to ask about price directly and prefer to beat around the bush. I think it's more efficient to state your needs and budget clearly.

Here are the main factors that affect our pricing:

FactorImpact
QuantityBiggest variable. Higher quantity = lower unit price. Standard MOQ applies.
Material SpecsBoard layers, GSM weight, lamination or not, special finishing — each item affects unit cost.
Lead TimeStandard vs. expedited lead time differ. Rush orders typically cost extra.
LogisticsDestination, LCL or FCL — cost varies significantly.

Our positioning is a mid-sized factory — not like small workshops that quote randomly, nor like large factories with cumbersome processes and high costs. We are competitively priced, but not unrealistically cheap. After all, a business that loses money on every order doesn't last long.

If you have a specific inquiry, send us the product specs, quantity, and lead time — we'll give you a real quote. No games. If we can do it, we'll say yes. If we can't, we'll tell you directly.

Sampling & Production Lead Time

A common concern from clients: "I provided the design — how long does sampling take? Can you make it exactly as I require?"

Our approach is simple: confirm the sample first, then proceed to mass production.

Sample Lead Time

  • Standard cartons: 3–5 business days
  • Full-color printed packaging boxes: 5–7 business days
  • Rush sampling: negotiable, but we recommend planning ahead
  • Sample fee: based on product complexity. Deducted from bulk order payment — standard industry practice.

Production Lead Time

Standard orders: 7–15 business days after confirmation
Large bulk orders: Schedule in advance — we'll arrange production
Rush orders: Possible depending on workshop capacity. If we can take it, we'll tell you.
⚠ One thing to clarify upfront:

We don't take orders with next-day delivery requirements. It's not that we don't want to — it's that packaging production has its own process, and rushing it compromises quality. If your timeline is tight, communicate early. We can work together to find a solution.

Quality Control

This is one of the most frequently asked questions. Honestly, no factory can claim 100% defect-free products — including us. But what we can guarantee:

  • Controlled raw material sources. Paper (kraft liner, corrugated medium) comes from stable, verified suppliers. We don't cut costs on raw materials.
  • In-line inspection during production. Not waiting until an entire batch is done before catching problems — we check as we go.
  • Pre-shipment random inspection. After bulk production, we perform random checks before shipping. Only clear batches leave our facility.
  • Problem resolution, not blame-shifting. If a client finds an issue with received goods, we solve the problem first, then investigate responsibility. We don't dodge after-sales issues.

Real example: A client in mechanical equipment export found corner crushing on a few cartons in the first batch. By the second batch, we adjusted our workshop stacking and protective methods — the issue never appeared again. Problems aren't scary. Ignoring them is.

How We Work Together

Our order acceptance is flexible:

  • Custom from drawings or samples: You provide design files or physical samples — we quote, sample, and mass-produce
  • Needs-based recommendations: Not sure which specification fits? Describe your product and use case — we recommend
  • Long-term framework agreement: For stable volume clients — quarterly or annual contracts to lock in price and lead time

Payment Terms

  • First-time clients: typically 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment
  • Credit terms: open and sincere discussion — no tricks or hidden clauses

Why Work with a Factory Instead of a Trading Company?

This is a matter of perspective. Here's my understanding:

✅ Factory Advantages

  • More direct pricing — one less layer of middleman markup
  • Higher communication efficiency — direct to workshop
  • Design changes and rush orders handled in-house
  • Clearer quality traceability — each step is accountable
  • Faster problem response — we know our own process

◎ Trading Company May Suit If

  • You need multiple product categories simultaneously
  • You want someone to coordinate several suppliers
  • You need faster English communication for small orders
  • Your order volume is very small (trial order)

For us, we focus on doing one thing well — packaging materials. Our craftsmanship accumulation and supply chain control over the years are our core strengths. If this is your direction, it's worth having a conversation.

A Few Words to End With

Finding a supplier is ultimately a matter of fit.

My factory is neither the largest nor the cheapest. But when it comes to doing what we say, not making excuses, and actively solving problems — I'll stand behind that with confidence.

If you have packaging materials procurement needs, send us your requirements and let's talk. If we're not the right fit, no pressure. If we are — we build something long-term.
